Welcome to Greg Schochet & Little America, where all the years combine, the rubber meets the road, and the country swings just the way you want it to.

I won’t lie, it’s a thrill to see my name on the left side of a band moniker after all the years of being one of the plurals on the right.

With the release of my first solo recording, Amblin’ Man, in 2021, there was tremendous support from my local radio and music community, and some nice opportunities to play that material under my name.

So I’ve assembled a crew of my favorite collaborators to help me find the sound of the Little America I live in. It’s country for sure; but it has to swing more than a little, and will certainly pick up a healthy head of steam every few tunes.
